Weekly streak run

Weekly run ready

Five boards, one clock. Start when you're set.

One official weekly result per name is kept on the board. If the backend leaderboard is unavailable, the page falls back to browser-only saving for this device.

What the Weekly Shikaku Streak Challenge Is

This mode turns Shikaku into one connected run instead of five separate puzzle attempts. You move through a fixed set of official boards while keeping the same total clock alive from start to finish. The goal is simple: clear the full sequence as fast as you can and post one strong weekly result.

How the Weekly Run Works

Every week, all players receive the same five-board sequence. Your timer starts when the run begins and continues across every board until the full set is complete. Because everyone is solving the same weekly sequence, results are easier to compare and the leaderboard feels fairer from run to run.

How the Weekly Leaderboard Works

Only one active result per player is kept on the weekly leaderboard. If you submit multiple runs during the same week, your better total time becomes your official result. To record a valid leaderboard time, you should complete the full run in one session.

Why Play the Streak Challenge

The weekly streak challenge adds a different kind of pressure to Shikaku. It is not just about solving one good board. It tests consistency, pacing, and recovery across a full run. If you already enjoy Practice or Daily, this mode gives you a more competitive way to measure progress over time.

Prefer a Different Kind of Shikaku Session?

If you want a more relaxed game, head to Practice and solve at your own pace. If you want a shorter recurring challenge, try the Daily puzzle. If you missed earlier official sets, browse the Archive and go back through previous boards anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the daily puzzle reset?

A new daily Shikaku puzzle appears at 00:00 Asia/Shanghai each day. Medium, Hard, and Expert all reset at the same time with new official boards.

Is the daily puzzle the same for everyone?

Yes. Everyone playing the same difficulty on the same date gets the same official board. That keeps the daily challenge fair and makes leaderboard comparisons more meaningful.

What difficulty should I start with?

Medium is a good starting point for most players. If you already feel comfortable with Shikaku strategy, you can move up to Hard or Expert for a longer and more demanding daily puzzle.

Can I play more than one daily puzzle in a day?

Yes. Each day includes separate Medium, Hard, and Expert boards, so you can play one difficulty or try all three in the same visit.

What happens after I finish today’s puzzle?

After you finish, your result can be compared on the leaderboard for that difficulty. You can also come back tomorrow for a new puzzle or visit the archive to explore earlier daily boards.

What if I miss a day?

You do not lose access to puzzle content forever. The Daily Archive lets you revisit past Shikaku puzzles and keep solving even if you miss the live daily challenge.
